been meaning to drop you a line for some time to thank and

As it ticks over ever so slowly, I can go off and do a few
jobs around the house and come back every half hour or so to

On
the whole, I’m happy with the way my trades are going. I’m
trading 4 contracts and still only trading in the first hour/
hour & a half of the market opening. Yes, I’ve made a
couple of bad trades, but nothing too disastrous and the
account balance is going up all the time. I’m not at the
stage where I can ask John to send me regular cheques but the
possibility is not so distant.
Once
again, my sincere thanks for an extremely useful and fact

placing the orders manually just fine, like with the platform

stops that all the other people think are required aren't

knowledge about the stock market, you must have heard the saying, "buy
low and sell high". That's the way you make money
on the stock market. This simply means that you want to buy stocks
when they're cheap and sell when they're expensive.
The same is true in
reverse; i.e. "selling high and buying low."
It's no different. That's why we make money whether the price is
going up or down. We simply don't care - as long as the price is moving.
Now, there are the
long-term traders who try to gain money from a long term rising
trend such as over months or even years. The "day trader"
does the same, but over a much shorter time, sometimes as short as
minutes... Hence the term "day trader" or "swing
trader."
You may have heard
stories about how many day traders have lost their shirts in trying
to trade individual stocks or commodities. But one relatively new
investment vehicle, the E-mini, has grown by over 2,000% in
just the last few years - and for good reasons!

E-minis are Futures contracts that
closely follow the major indexes - the S&P 500, the Dow Jones,
and the NASDAQ. The S&P E-mini came along in 1997, followed by
the NASDAQ E-mini; and then, (*in March of 2002) came the Mini Dow.
These contracts are just what they sound like: E-traded mini
versions of their larger predecessors.
Before the E-mini came along, you
would just about have to be wealthy already to trade the S&P 500
Futures contracts. The E-mini S&P & Mini Dow opens the door for the
small investor, and what a door that is! Just read on...
What's
The S&P 500?
The S&P 500 is an index of 500
stocks. Microsoft is in the mix; it also includes outfits like
Albertson's and AFLAC (*yes, the cute duck ads) and 497 other public
companies.
These indexes were originally created
to give investors a quick overview of the market (*other popular
indexes are the NASDAQ -which primarily contains Tech stocks - and
the Dow Jones). In other words, you could look at the index and see
in an instant if the overall market was headed up or down.
Then, as the investment world often
does, someone got the idea that they could create a new investment
vehicle by attaching a futures contract to the index. You could look
at it as a 'Mutual Fund' of these certain stocks (*we're NOT trading
a mutual fund; it's a Futures Contract on the index & this is simply
an analogy). Many Big Time investors have played the S&P 500 for
years.
When you hear on the news that the
S&P was down 10 points today, it means the whole index of stocks
overall dropped 10 points. Microsoft may have gained 5 points, while
AFLAC was down 2 etc., but the overall mix was down by 10 points.
In other words, of the 500 stocks in
the index, there may have been some HUGE winners for the day, but no
doubt there were also some HUGE losers - or at least enough losers to
drive the index price down 10 points.
The good news is that you don't
really care what the individual stocks did that day, or if the index
went up or down, you're only concerned with movement of the index
price. The more movement, the better! So while the index price may
have been down 10 points for the day, it may have moved 20 or 25
points up and down before it settled on -10 for the day.
As day traders, we make our money
when the market moves - Up or Down. As long as it moves and we
have placed our trades on the right side, we will make money!

Here's a simple
screen shot of what a sample chart looks like:
In the image above the top area of
the chart shows the price of the S&P 500 Index. The middle area
is our SpecialIndicator, and the bottom area
just shows the volume at any given time of the day.
This chart was taken on June 3, 2004
about 11:45 AM EST. You'll note that the time is indicated at the
bottom of the price and indicator charts going from left to right. The
market opens at 9:30 AM EST and closes at 4:15 PM EST.
The numbers up the left side of the
price chart (*top area) indicate the index price at any given time.
The dotted green line toward the top of the price chart is
yesterday's closing price. So in this case, as it often does, the
market opened lower on this day than it closed on the previous
day.
With the SpecialIndicator
(*middle area), it shows that the market is headed down as the
session opens at 9:30 AM. At that time you wouldn't see the lines,
but you would see X's on the vertical price line on the left. Since the
green X was above the red X
it shows that the market is headed down - which it did.
You can see that the price opened up
at about 1121.75 and then quickly went down. Then after a momentary
upswing, the price continued downward.
When the red and green lines crossed
at about 10:20 AM this is the time to get out of your 'short'
position. (*"short" means you're expecting that
the market is headed down, so you sell).You can see
here that you could have easily picked up 2 points
(*from 1121.75 to about 1119.75).
[Side
Note: There are 4 'Ticks' in 1 Point, so 2 points equates to 8
ticks.]
Once the lines crossed and
showed some separation at about 10:30 PM it was a strong indicator
to buy (*go long - expecting an upswing in the index).
Although you can't see where the
lines crossed again after that point (*they did cross about noon EST)
you can easily see where you could have picked up another
4 points or more on the upswing (*from 1120 at 10:30 AM
to about 1124 at 11:30 AM).
So you basically make your
trades when the lines cross... Now how hard can that be?

These up and down swings can make you

trades or 4 cycles (*up or down) that you can profit from.

Here's a sample day (*not the same
day as the chart above) results:
Note that we made 4 trades, and
they were all winners. The average winner was good for $1,031
while the biggest winner brought in $1,875. Not a bad day's work!

With the S&P E-mini - you earn $50
per point (*$12.50 per tic) per contract (*while risking
$400). With the E-mini Dow - you earn $5 per contract, per tic /
per point (*while risking $400-$500 per contract). So, as in the above price chart (the graph
with indicator), if you made 6 points on 2 trades your profit picture
would look like this (*we are assuming that you are playing with 10
contracts):
10 Contracts X 6 Points = 60 Points X
$50 = $3,000
(*E-Mini S&P) 10 Contracts X 6 Points = 60 Points X
$5 = $300
(*E-Mini Dow)
The only thing we have not taken into
account in the above equation is the broker's commission. With the
deal we have for you, the commission would be $156 so your total
profit on the 2 E-mini S&P trades would have been $3000 - $156 = $2844...
Not a
bad day at the ol' PC, right!? What if you could do that and more 3
or 4 days a week!
Remember, in our example above (*the
charts), this was all done before noon EST! What would you make if
you were playing with 30 contracts, or 50! What if you were a hard
worker and stayed at your PC all day? There's NO limit to the income
you can earn with this - really! That scenario (*unlimited income) is
very possible with our simple system.
Most Day Trading systems force you to
become a Wall Street Wizard or go to the equivalent of college to
learn. Things get so complicated that investors end up following
several charts and waiting for them all to line up before they make
a trade. Of course, they never do line up and they end up guessing
anyway. No wonder there are so many losers with these complicated
systems!

You may be wondering, "What's so powerful about this
Index Trading System?" ... What distinguishes it from the pack masses of Daytrading Courses?

With Day Trading... You Have:
Imagine for a moment... It's 9:25 in the morning. You grab a cup or
coffee (*or your favorite beverage) and with a few mouse clicks, you
fire up your computer and open up your trading platform software and
financial chart... (*The one that provides our trade signals.) 
If
you're reading this report, then I'm pretty sure that you know how
to operate a computer. My guess? Though you may have a difficult
time explaining just how (*when you press "q" on your
keyboard) it happens, still - a "q" still appears on the computer screen.
E-minis are Futures contracts that
closely follow the major indexes - the S&P 500, the Dow Jones,
and the NASDAQ. The S&P E-mini came along in 1997, followed by
the NASDAQ E-mini; and then, (*in March of 2002) came the Mini Dow.
These contracts are just what they sound like: E-traded mini
versions of their larger predecessors.
These indexes were originally created
to give investors a quick overview of the market (*other popular
indexes are the NASDAQ -which primarily contains Tech stocks - and
the Dow Jones). In other words, you could look at the index and see
in an instant if the overall market was headed up or down.
The good news is that you don't
really care what the individual stocks did that day, or if the index
went up or down, you're only concerned with movement of the index
price. The more movement, the better! So while the index price may
have been down 10 points for the day, it may have moved 20 or 25
points up and down before it settled on -10 for the day.
So you basically make your
trades when the lines cross... 
With the S&P E-mini - you earn $50
per point (*$12.50 per tic) per contract (*while risking
$400). With the E-mini Dow - you earn $5 per contract, per tic /
per point (*while risking $400-$500 per contract). So, as in the above price chart (the graph
with indicator), if you made 6 points on 2 trades your profit picture
would look like this (*we are assuming that you are playing with 10
contracts):
Remember, in our example above (*the
charts), this was all done before noon EST! What would you make if
you were playing with 30 contracts, or 50! What if you were a hard
worker and stayed at your PC all day? There's NO limit to the income
you can earn with this - really! That scenario (*unlimited income) is
very possible with our simple system.
Even when you subtract
the broker's commission, you're left with a HUGE profit. How many
folks do you know who make that in the morning? The afternoon
session could have been even better. 
The numbers mentioned above are for real,
